The terms that apply when you purchase from Loafmora.

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Loafmora through loafmora.com. Loafmora is owned and operated by Guangzhou Huikang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies referenced below.

Eligibility and customer information

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract and must provide accurate, current billing, delivery, and contact information. You are responsible for checking order details before submission.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours can vary by screen, and dimensions or appearance may have reasonable tolerances. Natural materials can vary. Product availability, descriptions, prices, and promotions may change. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you with available options.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, conversion charges, and other applicable costs are handled as described at checkout and in our Payment & Security page. Payment must be successfully authorized.

Order acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or an incorrect address. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Delivery, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, damaged goods, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Product use

Use products only for their intended household purpose and follow product-specific instructions, warnings, capacity limits, and care guidance. Do not expose an item to direct heat, an oven, a dishwasher, or other conditions unless its product information specifically confirms suitability.

Intellectual property

The Loafmora name, logos, website design, photographs, product copy, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted; unauthorized copying, resale, publication, or commercial use is not.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, losses caused by misuse, or events outside our reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Guangzhou, China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Any dispute will be handled by a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.
